 Licoris Radiata (top left corner), blends together summer nostalgia, red lilies, flowing rivers and the forceful prints of winter. Insert yourself into empty duck houses, Swedish pony pens, and a car windshield amid a battering wind. The final images of the film, glitched Licoris Radiata Lillies and an empty Akiya, represent the reprieve, growth and fire surrounding death- or the end of a long cycle. It's a loneliness that feels stagnant yet progressive, a body that is constantly yearning for another attempt at life.
